I Made It, Again!

It's been a busy day, but I wanted to share my projects with you. They aren't original, and I don't feel like looking up their original sources, so I apologize if they are yours. Let me know and I will gladly give credit.

I love my black and white color scheme, but thought the shades of gray helped lighten the look.
The letters are from JoAnn's. On sale this week.
My next project is inspired by my Daily 5 and Cafe book study. I wanted a center for Word Work. I had the glass gems from another project. I printed letters on paper. Punched them out, using a small circle punch, and Mod Podged them onto the flat side of the gems. I think my friends will like the alternative to stamps and magnetic letters. This was an easy peasy project.

My next problem? Where was I going to store them? I had a Blue Bunny ice cream container (all plastic!) that would work. It is a little big, but I like the fact friends can reach in and grab a handful. No worries. Note to self, spray paint the lid black or gray next time before Mod Podging scrapbook paper. I don't like the red and gray combo. I am from Michigan!

The best part of this week's project?

This allows me to link up with Tara at 4th Grade Frolics Monday Made It ! Got a project you've made? Link up with Tara. It isn't too late. She keeps the link open until the end of the week.
