It's Monday...I Made It

Don't forget to check out my giveaway here. I am giving away a Target gift card and a gift certificate for either TpT or TN.

I am linking up with Tara's Monday Made It party. I have so enjoyed seeing everyone's projects. They inspire so many of us to get creative ourselves.

I made a set of 32 spelling task cards (only some shown below), inspired by Tara's post last week. I have also been experimenting with some clip art creations (pencil below is one).

I made some supply labels to go with my black and white theme. They were inspired by Jodi's  (Clutter-free Classroom) signs and labels. I even made my own clip art! It sure makes me appreciate everything those great artists go through to create digital art! Now I have to finish the work pages that go with them.

With the heat, we have been eating more ice cream, and I hate to see the containers not be reused somehow, so I decorated this one to hold my new markers (from Walmart). They go with two of the tasks cards, too.

That's it for this week's school projects. My big project for today was for the home, we replaced our rural mailbox. An all day adventure, not done yet, as it needs one more coat of paint.

We finally get access to our rooms next Monday! No air conditioning so I hope it cools off. No Internet, because the wi-fi isn't finished and wires are hanging all over the building. Many rooms still have the furniture in the hallway. We are not allowed to bug our custodians or our tech guy. But I will get in!
